Hi, I'm Bhavna. I have over 20 years of experience in omnichannel retail, and drive the ‘How’ in response to the ‘What’ by creating value-driven operating models through sustainable transformation.

In addition to omnichannel retail, I'm passionate about the gender equation in the workplace. My purpose is to contribute to transforming the gender narrative to actively foster a kind and equal world. I believe that economic independence for women is a key success lever for the same.

I've formerly worked as the Chief Operating Officer for a global well-being company with a portfolio of leading international and home-grown brands across the sports, food and health sectors. I now run an independent consultancy that's focused on Transformation, in business and in gender equity.

I grew up in India, and have spent the last 17 years in Dubai, UAE. I'm a mother to two amazing daughters and also dabble in writing poetry.
